| This monitor works great. It only takes a few seconds to get a heart rate, then the watch automatically returns to the time display. There are options for timers, dual time zone display, and several other features -- such as pedometer steps. It really is many things in one and it is very light. It has a backlight for the display and it is very easy to set -- no need to get out the manual to adjust the settings. I have been wearing it for a couple weeks now and it really is all that I hoped for. |
