| I have used it continuously during my workout and it seems to be quite accurate. It is easy to measure the heart rate. Just need to use two fingers to hold the sensors against the wrist. |

I bought this heart rate monitor because I am having some sort of lupus-related flare up that has made my heart speed up by about 20-30 beats per minute. Over the past couple of weeks, my doctors have figured out that it is probably nothing to worry about, but I still need to keep track of my heart rate until they rule out a couple more things.
I've been in the doctor's office four times in two weeks with my heart rate checked two or three times each visit, and this monitor has been exactly right every single time. I trust it to give me accurate information.
It doesn't require a chest strap. It tells time. And it's cheap for a heart rate monitor. If you're looking for something accurate and easy, this is it. |

| This is a good product. I compared the watch pulse rate with the Dr and an exercise machine and they were all the same. This is accurate and easy to use. I like the fact that you can enter in your age and gender and it calculates the high and low target heart range. |
